IG Influencer Manager

We are a young e-commerce startup based in Sillicon Valley. We are growing our eco-friendly home decor brand rapidly and have ambitious targets for this Xmas!

We are looking to build a team of IG influencer managers to help us scale our community program! We are looking for self-motivated and ambitious team players who set high goals for themselves and will work hard to achieve those goals. We love great energy and personality, as we believe this is the key to building great relationships with influencers. We see all our employees as our family and want to create a cohesive working culture where everyone is happy and motivated! We also believe in rewarding great performance!

We offer competitive remuneration and 13th month bonus of up to USD1,500.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Look for Instagram influencers based on our company’s criteria
2. Email the Instagram influencers and follow up with them
3. Send the Instagram influencers the products and follow up with them to make sure they receive
4. Create affiliate accounts for influencers using our company’s platform and give the influencers the information
5. Follow up with Instagram influencers to ensure they post

Training and guidelines will be provided for every step. There will be a 3-day training once you are hired- the training is considered as part of your employment ie., you will be paid your salary for attending the training.


REQUIREMENTS:

- Familiar with IG
- Great written English
- Ability and willingness to learn fast
- Great communication skills and teamworker
- Passion to grow with a fast-growing company


BECAUSE WE ARE HIGHLY SELECTIVE, THERE IS A 2-MONTH PROBATIONARY PERIOD FOR ALL NEW HIRES.
First month pay: USD 250
Second month pay: USD 300
Third month and onwards: USD 350/month
