About US
Fruitful English provides online English correction services and we have over 1.5 million customers mostly based in Japan. We are aiming to expand our business and looking for home-based English conversation teachers who have excellent English and Japanese skills and are willing to develop this new service together.

Job Description:
- To provide high quality English speaking lessons to Japanese customers (from children to working adults).
- To develop the service in collaboration with our upper management in Japanese.
- To hire and train new instructors once the services is established and released.
- To monitor and manage instructors, and suggest improvements where required.

Working Hours:
During the first two month, 2 hours a day 3 days a week

Once the pilot service is released, we can negotiate working hours but you must be available during 3pm to 5pm JST during weekdays. Apart from that, you will submit your availability a week in advance.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Excellent Japanese and English skills in both speaking and writing
- Management experiences in corporate environment
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Bachelor's degree or higher (English or Education major preferred but not essential)
- Certificates such as TESOL, TEFL, CELTA are preferred
- Secure and stable internet environment
