Email Marketing Manager for Training Company

We're looking for an experienced email marketing manager to join our team.

We're a dynamic, 18 year old training company specialising in delivering face-to-face and eLearning courses to Irish organisations and individuals. We specialise in Project Management, Process Improvement, Leadership Development and IT skills.

We've recently implemented Active Campaign and your role will be to nurture and generate quality leads from our existing contacts (approx. 15,000).

You will be responsible for:
- Creating campaigns and automations that provide real value to prospects
- Segmenting contacts database into appropriate product interest categories
- Identify potential leads for sales team to follow-up with
- Ensuring we have high quality, engaging content suitable for our target audience
- Upgrading our email templates and style to B2B best practises
- Ensuring the correct reports and metrics (e.g. open rates, click rates, sign-ups, contact requests, etc.) are set up
- Implementing actions and experiments to improve on metrics

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an email marketing manager
- Proven experience at using email to segment contacts database into interest groups
- Proficiency in email marketing automation technology
- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
- Ability to quickly become part of our extended team
- Proactive and reliable
- Available at least 15+ hours/week for 12months+
