About the Position:
This is a remote, part-time position that can be done from home! There is no requirement to report to a physical office. All sales representatives report to the sales manager on their progress toward meeting sales goals.

Working Hours and Location: Part-time (12+ hours per week), work from home

Compensation: Base Pay + Commission

Top performers will be eligible to receive Mandarin Chinese classes free of charge.

**Responsibilities include:

Prospect and qualify new sales leads
Schedule calls and online presentations with sales prospects
Track all sales activities in company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly
Communicate customer and prospect product pain points to appropriate departments
Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers
Meet and/or exceed quotas
Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort
Other duties as assigned

**The right candidates have the following:

Associate’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
1 year of verifiable sales experience required
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships
Excellent interpersonal skills
Highly self-motivated, able to work independently without close supervision
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Working knowledge of CRM systems
