Requirements:

1. Excellent WordPress knowledge and skills.
2. Excellent Written English Skills. You must have excellent comprehension and writing skills because most of our customers live in America and expect clear communication.

Techincal Skills:
- PHP
- HTML
- CSS
- WordPress theme editing and development
- Fluent and error-free English written communication
- Javascript
- Page builders (Divi, Elementor, Beaver Builder, Astra)
- WordPress plugin development

Daily responsibilities
- Solve any customer’s request that might require PHP, HTML, CSS, theme editing & development, or basic WordPress technical knowledge.
- Ensure that you are solving requests in a timely manner and that you can manage your time.
- Work with the team to get help when you need it so that no request remains unsolved
- Always work towards 0 requests left in the inbox
- Document and clearly communicate the work you completed for each request
