Hiring Dynamic Wordpress Webmaster / Virtual Assistant / Great Communicator / Creative / Thinker / Problem Solver

Long term full time position (40 hours per week) for a forward thinking, creative, and problem solver associate and webmaster. This person will work with me to grow and maintain my online portfolio of Wordpress websites and businesses. This role includes designing and building new Wordpress websites as well as managing my current and client websites. Most websites will be built from a Wordpress theme and edited to meet the needs. This position will require knowledge and management of my hosting account, FTP, and more. I would like a professional who is also knowledgeable at applying On-page SEO, some press releases, (some off page SEO linking with my direction) as I manage many clients and websites SEO campaigns. Graphic design skills are a big plus, so that I can keep that in house. Facebook marketing, and Google Adwords management would be a big plus as well, but that can be learned along the way.

Candidate will need to be able to speak and write fluently in English, and you and I will communicate frequently on the telephone, Skype, email, etc. If you do not have a telephone, we can communicate via an online solution like Skype.

This candidate should have a bachelors degree, and their creativity and business knowledge and ideas for online development will also be highly valued if deemed valuable. I want to help someone to grow into the goals that they have for themselves, while we work together on a successful path.

VA duties associated with this full time position:
Check my emails and notify me of important emails
Review Reports from my clients
Send out invoices to my clients
Send out emails for me
Possibly take phone calls for me and communicate with my clients on the phone when needed
Manage incoming requests and inquiries for my vacation rental property
Check vacation rental property inquiries and communicate with potential clients with pricing and accommodation information.
Travel planning for my needed travels

Candidate should be a good communicator, quick in responsiveness, available to work many days during USA business hours, always professional, a self starter and motivated to work hard and earn more valuable skills, knowledge, and to grow their salary.
