Travel Planning VA - Looking for cheap flights, hotels & information about places

I am for a responsible person to handle the different travel requirements and planning I will be needing.

This will include the following:
- Finding cheap flights from one place to another.
- Finding cheap hotels\hostels\apartments.
- Finding information about a place, and offering summaries & recommendations.
- Sending timely travel plan reminders
- Vacation planning

Requirements:
- Stable internet connection
- Excellent English skills (read & write)
- Ability to respond promptly and politely
- Good decision making skills
- Skype

I am looking for someone who can work on a project-based, and not as a full-time\part-time job.
