About Serviced Living Management

Serviced Living Liverpool is now hiring for a full-time Reservations coordinator to join
our growing team! We are a dynamic serviced apartment company based in Liverpool and are planning growth throughout 2019. We are a family business and therefore operate an ethical business with quick decision processes, open lines of communication, constant new challenges and greatly encourage employees to bring in their own ideas and opinions. We currently operate 35 properties across Liverpool and we plan to expand this to over 50 properties covering the Northwest of England by the end of 2019

Your Role At Serviced Living Management

As our Reservations Coordinator, you will be directly responsible for converting inquiries into bookings. You will manage client accommodation requests via telephone, email or OTA. Create invoices, send invoices, charge guests 7 days prior to stay and promptly resolve card payment issues with guests and or Channel operators. Liaise with housekeeping team regarding priority check ins and reported maintenance Upgrade to see actual info addition, you will amend property rates, regularly evaluate property listing and seek guest satisfaction reviews and contact details for future marketing Upgrade to see actual info is a role that requires exceptional organisation and multi-tasking skills and strong problem-solving techniques. You must have an exceptional eye for detail and customer service and work with a calm and positive mindset even under pressure and tight deadlines. You must quickly learn to be highly proficient at negotiating the various booking platforms vital to securing occupancy for our properties, but where you really thrive is developing dynamic pricing strategies, combining short-term reactive pricing with the implementation of long-term programmes.

questions. We business growth this role may lead to management opportunities, managing a small team of VA’s to give 24/7 coverage for our business.

Your Job Responsibilities Include (but Are Not Limited To)

• Using property management software to coordinate bookings and sync calendars to channel managers.
• Becoming a pricing expert and updating prices daily as well as
creating long-term strategies. Review competitive prices frequently.
• Coordinating the creation, management, and updating of property
listings across all of our channels, in collaboration with our
content and marketing director. Loading properties onto Online travel Agencies (OTA’s), optimising OTA’s and updating rates on our channel manager. (Upgrade to see actual info, AirB&B, Expedia, Situ, Silverdoor, homeaway etc.)
• Creation of strong, well-written and inspiring content for all listings.
• Preparing Monthly KPI’s, client statements and reports.
• Social Media marketing to grow our direct bookings.
• Data scraping for local and national companies to add to our email marketing campaigns.
• Create content for our email marketing campaigns.
Requirements

• Prior experience in reservations & revenue management.
• Knowledge of booking platforms such as
Upgrade to see actual info/Expedia/Trip Advisor/HomeAway/The Plum Guide/Trip advisor
etc.
• Excellent English skills: verbal & written.
• Experience in the hospitality/tourism/travel industry preferred.
• Professional phone and email manners.
• High level of IT proficiency (Office and web).
• University degree in business, management or tourism preferred.
• High level of commercial awareness and Marketing capabilities.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
