JOB OVERVIEW

In search of a VA that wants to join our business full-time and grow with us... a long term Upgrade to see actual infoitially, we're searching for someone who has overall admin experience (with at least some knowledge of basic Facebook, basic YouTube, basic WordPress blog posting - SEO experience unnecessary).

You definitely need to be very strong in reading & writing in English.

We would love someone who loves to learn new things, try new things, and become an invaluable team member.

This is a full time & permanent position

INITIAL JOB DESCRIPTION (TASKS):
- scheduling already created posts in two Facebook groups
- uploading videos to YouTube on a schedule
- embedding YouTube videos into Wordpress blog (and creating blog posts from transcriptions received from Upgrade to see actual info)
- assist with (pre) setup of Facebook live streams including use of Upgrade to see actual info & ManyChat
- assist with (post) production of Facebook live streams including submitting for transcriptions, downloading for distribution on other channels, etc.

For all of these, you'll be doing this for 2 different online training businesses (both are ours)

REQUIRE EXPERIENCE IN:
- Facebook pages (posting, creating events, scheduling posts, uploading videos, basics)
- Facebook groups (posting, creating events, scheduling posts, basics)
- YouTube channels (basic navigation, uploading, scheduling, basics)
- WordPress (basic navigation, creating blog posts from material we provide, embedding videos from YouTube, NO coding or SEO, just the basics)
- Strong English

TOOLS YOU'LL USE (experience desired but not required):
- MeetEdgar
- Facebook
- YouTube
- Upgrade to see actual info
- ManyChat
- Slack
- Zoom

INITIAL SALARY
- At least $500/mo USD (this is open for discussion - if you have more experience and can do more advanced things, we are very open to paying more initially)
- PhilHealth & SSS paid after 6 months of full-time with us
- We pay performance bonuses (after 6 months of full-time with us) & 13th month in December

OTHER DETAILS:
You'll be a member of our team - we meet weekly as a team and I'll personally meet with you every other day for the first 60-90 days.

REQUIRED HOURS:
- Monday - Friday 8am-10am Pacific Time / 11pm - 1am Manila Time
- Tuesdays at 7am (Manila Time) for our weekly team meeting (held at 4pm Pacific Time on Monday)
- All other work hours are flexible

Leads and Leverage is a 6 year old online business that has a course and a membership that helps real estate agents use Facebook. We are in the process of developing another business showing entrepreneurs how to double their email open rates.
