Graphic Designer - Podcast Agency

We have an agency in which we work with clients to provide full content support for their podcasts. As our business continues to grow, we need someone to support us with various tasks and projects in the business.

The core activities include (and the approximate % of time they will take):

- Using templates for social media graphics and updating them for each podcast episode (70%)
- Creating podcast cover artwork from scratch based on client input (20%)
- Creating new social media templates for new clients (7%)
- Misc graphic design tasks for the company (3%)

Requirements:

- Proven high-quality graphic design skills
- Access and the ability to work in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
- We are looking for someone who can communicate verbally in English.
- The person must be flexible and, most importantly, dependable.
- The person must have access to a stable internet connection
- The person must have a dependable computer
- Ability to turn work around in ~48 hours. (we try to give more notice than this)

Nice-To-Have's (not requirements):

- Good written English skills
- Video editing skills (Adobe Premier)

We work in Slack and Trello, so if you are familiar with those, it is a plus, but not a requirement. (We have training for these that you will get in the onboarding process)

This will be an on-going role that will have increased responsibility and scope as the agency grows. We are looking for someone to be a member of our TEAM, not just a freelancer.
