We are a privately-owned property company specialising in the acquisition, development, and operation of bespoke high specification investment properties across the North East and beyond. We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Marketing Coordinator who has excellent communication skills and is highly organised.
Our team is small but company culture encourages growth among team members. Periodic reviews and appraisals are consistent. We pay our VAs every Friday via PayPal.
We are looking for someone who has a solid understanding of how each social media platform works and the skills to optimise content for each.
Since this person will be managing multiple sites, the ideal candidate is expected to be familiar with social media management and analytics tools. S/he is also expected to have excellent communication skills as this role will directly communicate with our prospective tenants.
You will also be expected to monitor and assess success of marketing strategies and make necessary adjustments where needed. This is a part-time position but can progress to a full-time role if you do well on the job.

+ With 2 years of working experience (Preferably: call center or customer service or digital marketing or admin VA for another remote company)
+ Available to work Part-time or Full-time (minimum 20, maximum 40 hours per week) UK time zone
+ Strong internet connection of at least 10 Mbps or higher (wired/WIFI) - SPEED TEST required
+ Reliable desktop computer/laptop, headset
+ Detail oriented
+ We expect proactive communication, process compliance
+ Motivated strategist
+ Available for Zoom calls
+ Willing to have an open line of communication via Slack
+ Excellent written communication skills
+ Property marketing channel management (Spareroom, Openrent, Tokeet)
+ Social media management
+ Scheduling and calendar management
+ Document & filing system organization and control
+ Admin and recording
+ Canva/Photoshop creative
+ Maintain and update the current market trends
+ Focus on marketing campaigns, create proposals and submit campaign performance reviews
