Looking for Expert Amazon Dropshipping Virtual Assistant For Store Management

I am seeking Virtual Assistants support me in the complete management of my Amazon Store.
Some of the skills that I am looking for from the individual are listed below. This positing needs to be filled immediately within the next few ---------- dividual must have knowledge of:
1) Product Research to find top selling products that currently exist (No branded products)
2) Product Sourcing and Listing of top selling product that will generate sales. Mid-Ticket to High Ticket
3) Amazon PPC Knowledge & Skill set to generate traffic to product listings
4) Skill set to optimize listings with titles and photos
5) Manage Customer Service, Order Fulfillment, Refunds, Returns, etc
6) VA must have knowledge of Ecom Solutions Inventory Management Software and Informed.co Repricer Software (formally Applegate).
7) Store will require listing at least 500 top trending products over the next few weeks using suppliers such as WalMart, eBay, Overstock, Rakuten, , Fleet Farm, Costway, Best Choice Products, etc. and also various tools.
8) VA will also maintain product report that shows, source or product listing, Product listing on Amazon store, Source price, Listing price, fees associate with purchase; (example, eBay Fees Shipping fees, etc)
9) Monthly sales goals must be achieved and maintained and bonuses will be given for sales goals reached.
10) Assignment will begin as a temporary one, but can become long term with the right results.
11) Payment will be on a weekly basis and will be made via XOOM Payment services.

I am looking to build a long term relationship and also to build a team that will be able to take care of multiple store .
I will also need consistent listing of products and managing of inventory
