Skilled Virtual Assistant Needed for Wall Art Ecommerce Company

We are looking for a skilled and passionate virtual assistant to assist with the day to day running of a fast growing wall art e-commerce company based in New ---------- sential tasks will include the following

- Processing orders for sales channels that are not integrated with our inventory management system.
- Updating stock levels from supplier invoices.
- Writing product descriptions.
- Creating product images for our website. (experience with Photoshop would be advantageous)
- Preparing artist sales reports in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
- Creating SEO descriptions in Shopify.
- Creating product listings for our various sales channels.
- Dealing with courier claims.
- basic social media tasks (eg, follow, like, comment on instagram/pinterest)

The successful candidate will need to be reliable, a good communicator, have great oral and written English skills, be self motivated, organised and a quick learner. Prior experience working with e-commerce companies would be advantageous.
You will need a good quality computer capable of running Photoshop and have a fast and stable internet connection.

We are a well established company so will be able to offer stable and long term employment to the right candidate with the potential to transition to longer hours as we move through the training process and as the company continues to grow. Please note that the initial position is part time - 10 - 15 hours a week starting immediately.
