Chef

We are in need of 5 chefs for Macchiato, a start-up coffee shop to be based in Circuit Makati.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
• Prepare ingredients to use in cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat, etc.)
• Cook food in various cooking equipment
• Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served
• Keep a sanitized and orderly kitchen environment
• Responsible for all food purchase orders and ensure the sufficiency of stocks
• Must be detail-oriented and has a high sense of accountability

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree or Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate in Culinary/Hotel and Restaurant Management/Food and Beverage Services Management or equivalent
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Preferably Supervisor/5 years and up experienced employees specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent
• 5 Full-time positions available
