Waiter/Waitress

Job Description:
• Greet customers and escort them to their table
• Present and explain the menu, accurately take orders and make suggestions based on the customer’s preference
• Take and serve food/drink orders timely and is able to anticipate the needs of the customers.
• Formally set the table with utensils and ensure that the restaurant’s ambiance is well kept
• Present the bill, receive payment from customers and deliver it immediately to the cashier
• Ask feedback from customers using the customer feedback form
