Gaming Service Provider - Support Opperators

We are currently looking for 2-3 skilled individuals who can assist our company as support operators. These are full time 40 hour a week positions with the chance of over time if someone is sick or needs to take the day off.

To start, your main priority will be looking after our Minecraft support. You will be expected to progress and learn and various aspects of the company when support is no longer needed. Training will be a on going process within our company which will be provided. If you are confident that you are able to learn and progress then apply!

Successful candidates do not require but will need to learn the following skills:

1) Minecraft server side experience is essential.
2) Windows server knowledge.
3) WHMCS knowledge.
4) Exceptional communication skills, correct English punctuation is essential.
5) Basic Java knowledge.
