Amazon Manager VA

We are looking for a badass Amazon Manger VA to manage our brands on Amazon, write SOP and train other VAs for our multiple physical product brands.

Responsibility for this position:
- product research
- write SOP
- organize and project planning
- train and manage other employees
- we do everything in our power to make the customer happy
- send replacement if there is a problem
- refund when need
- reply to messages in Amazon Seller Central
- remove bad seller feedback
- contact customer if bad seller feedback
- reply to review thanking customer and provide tips or ask engaging questions
- reply to bad review and try to resolve issue and make customer happy again
- reply to email and later try to get customer to write a review after we provide values
- handle hijacker on our product listing
