Lead Manager/Cold Caller - Real Estate

Hi there!

For this position, I am looking for a well-qualified Assistant to aid mostly in our Cold-calling and marketing efforts! I am in search of someone who speaks fluent English - this is mandatory! :) Previous experience in the Real Estate field is HIGHLY encouraged. Experience with an auto-dialer is helpful!

You will be tasked with calling lists in which I provide and seeking out motivation from sellers to sell their property! You will be getting brief information (Basic details about house of which I will provide) from motivated seller leads. Those leads will then be pushed through our sales funnel to our team who will then continue the process from there!

You will be given a easy-to-follow script for what to say on voicemails and how to handle live calls! You will also be given all the necessary tools & training to succeed.

The employee will have a generous COMMISSION plan in addition to hourly rate!
