Im looking for someone who knows, how to skip trace and talk polite and accurate.
Able to talk out a script to the seller
And find away to help them with there issues
Divorce, foreclosure, inherited homes, tax liens no job to small or to big,
We look for homes that are below market value
Short sales, better to not loose everything
And walk away with something, and save them from being in debt.
Someone who can do propmts and can search
For pricing and homes that were sold in the area they live.
