We are a Cleaning company in New York City we offer cleaning services such as commercial cleaning its means offices. and residential cleaning its multiplex, building, to our potential clients. You will be calling only 2 boroughs that’s Bronx New York, Manhattan , We are looking for a B2B Market Research outbound in the CRM Web called Infofree, also you will Be doing cold calling, and email prospecting, qualifying, processing marketing leads also a sales representative you will be responsible for closing the leads, CRM web research for your on 300 contacts, you will be a part of the sale team to close the leads. and generating summarized reports of your key findings. Skills that we are looking for as follows. The company is looking for loyalty, motivated friendly going above and beyond for their Cleaning company, most have experienced.

• Excellent English oral and written communication skills
• Strong background in Sales
• Excellent negotiation Skills
• Experience in lead generation, research specialist)
• Experience working in the BPO Industry (highly preferred but, not required)
• Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results to close the sale
• Able to deliver sales presentation with passion, commitment, courtesy and professionalism with ethical selling standards
• Able to build trust and rapport with customers
• Positive attitude towards work with high level of integrity
• Able to make 300 calls per day with 3 to 2 sales per day.

Working Hours: Monday through Friday; 9am to 3pm, EST pay PayPal or TransferWise
