Google ad word campaign
Google Local
Keywords/Negative Keywords

Blogging: -this can be email content as well
Cleaning tips
Company Stories
Holidays
Employee Highlights

Email marketing:

Write email content, mail to existing clients through Mail Chimp sent out on Tuesdays and Saturdays at 10 am.
Google ad spend:
Set up account and start running adds.
