Game service provider - NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED / Entry Level

About us:
We are a small online business based in the UK that provides services for an online MMORPG game.

Job description:
Most of the time you can choose your own hours and days, however you might sometimes be asked to do certain shifts.
You will be expected to do at least 30 hours/week. May consider lower hours in the future for someone who has worked with us for a few months.

Your job may vary but here are some examples of what you may be asked to do:
- Level up accounts
- Create accounts
- Complete quests
- Play mini-games
- Earn in-game money

Perhaps in the future:
- Live text chat support
- Messaging customers
- Fulfilling orders

At the beginning of each day/week/month you will be given a set of tasks and asked to complete them, these will be sent to you in an excel file. At the end of every day you will send in the excel file showing what you have completed. Next to each task will be a link to a video/text guide of how to complete the task. You will be given a lot of freedom if you show that you are trustworthy and meeting the daily/weekly criteria but you will be expected to respond to messages whenever contacted. You will stay in contact with us using Discord, this is similar to Skype.

Pay:
10,000 PHP (based on 40 hours/week)
10,000 is an estimate, you will sometimes be paid per task completed (monthly, not after the task) and sometimes a fixed monthly, however you can expect to make at least 10,000 PHP if you work efficiently for 40 hours/week.
You can earn more depending on how fast you complete the work, and there is almost always overtime available although this is completely optional.
Every few months you will receive a bonus depending on how well those past few months have gone, this bonus could be 100 PHP or even 10,000+ PHP.
If we offer you a position, we can discuss about weekly/bi-weekly pay instead of monthly.
Loyal employees who stay with us for a long time and show they are worthy may be given a raise, promotion and benefits.

Requirements:
- Some level of English to communicate over messages. (If you have read this then you easily have good enough English)
- PC or laptop that can run a game with very low graphics.
- Using a mouse and not a laptop track-pad is highly recommended as the track pad will slow down your work. (We can provide a mouse if you don't have one and we choose to employ you.)
- Stable internet connection.
- Reliable, trustworthy.

Recruitment process:
We can't see your skills through an interview so we believe the best way for you to show us what your capable of is doing some practical work.
For the first 3 months you will be on a trial to see if we both think this job is suitable for you, after or during this trial we will choose whether to offer you a position or not. If you show you are capable and good at the work we will offer you employment before the trial ends. If during this trial you are unproductive, don't reply, disappear without telling us before, or anything else along those lines you may not be paid and will not receive an offer. You will be paid per task during this trial (monthly).
