I own a marketing business with a range of clients and I'm looking for a Wordpress Designer / Webmaster Rock star to work with me on an full time ongoing basis.

This won't be a project or a "one off job"

*Can Design in PSD and Convert To Wordpress
*Skilled at using Wordpress Plugins
*Can Setup Website Hosting
*Can Install, Configure and Customize Wordpress Themes
*Excellent at managing hosting accounts
*Excellent communication skills (Email, Elance Messages, Skype, Phone)
*Can provide past proof of work similar to this
*Can start working on new projects immediately
*Can deliver projects FAST and on a deadline
