Outbound Sales - Appointment Setter

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled individual to fill our Outbound Sales/ Appointment Setter position. This position is for someone who knows how to follow procedures and has a good sense of knowing when is the right time to stop and ask questions.

You will be providing support to our Business Development Manager(BDM). Conduct outbound calling to potential clients. The ideal person for this position would be someone who is comfortable speaking on the phone with Americans with little to no accent.

Qualifications:
1. Fluency in communicating well over the phone using the English language
2. Strong phone presence and voice
3. Always happy and positive and with an upbeat disposition.
4. Ability to think fast and adapt to a given situation
5. Someone with the “whatever it takes” attitude and who will go above and beyond the expected whenever needed
Excellent communication skills that can adapt to all types of customers in English.
Excellent organization and time management skills
Applicants must be willing to work during the hours of 9:00 - 5:00 PM eastern USA.
Applicants must be computer literate and willing to learn new platforms
Previous experience in retail is an advantage
