JOB OVERVIEW

Hello!

Thanks for your interest in this job. We run a business that sells custom designed T-shirts. With increasing sales we are looking for help designing new items! The designs are text based are and usually have a simple style.

Any vectors used are to be 100% original starting by sketch. Reused, traced, stolen, filler or designs that are pieced together from other sources will not be tolerated! A vector library will be provided.

**WHO/WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
-Full Time Experienced and Creative Designer (40 hours per/week)
-Quick responses to messages (preferred communication via text based messaging)
-Self motivated, no need to be micro managed

**OFFER
-Fixed monthly salary with REGULAR payments
-You can work whenever you want. You will not have to wake up or work at any given time.
-You can work as much as you want. I will pay you a salary but if you work extra hours you will get paid.
-Flexible Vacation, if you need time off just let me know.
-Opportunity to advance/get bonuses, if you do a good job I will give you a raise and bonuses.
