Desktop ApplicationProgrammer for Property Recording and Sales System

I am looking for a Desktop Application Programmer who can create Property Recording and Sales System. The Application must be able to Record Properties per area, Input daily sales, able to generate agent's commission based on their sales, record client's properties, generate detailed report, generate invoice, generate client's total amount paid and can be uploaded or sink to cloud. Davao based programmer only.
