We’re a New Zealand based e-Commerce company and we’re mad about everything to do with the sea. We sell fishing, boating and diving gear and other cool outdoor stuff. We’ve got a role for a customer service pro who works hard to improve their skills and makes their customers happy.

WHAT will you be doing?

Your main responsibility will be working one-on-one with our customers through emails, chats and phones and assist them with their orders or their shiny new toys (our marine gear!)

WHAT we are looking for?

- With previous customer support experience
- Loves working one-on-one with customers
- Possesses rare people skills which allow you to get out in front of problems and proactively help customers with potential troubles (some "special" customer require rare people skills)
- Empathy is your middle name (perhaps literally)
- Able to efficiently manage multiple projects and tasks at the same time

This role is a full time role at 40 hours per week. YOU WILL NEED TO BE BASED IN DAVAO - as you will be joining our team in our office in Davao (Matina). You will also NEED to have your OWN laptop.
