I am looking to hire a team of 3-4 people
some of the things i will need done on a daily based is
1.research and find teeshirt ideas and niches
2. design tee shirts and banners 15-22 per day
3. create, maintain and post facebook fan pages and blogs
4.create 20 facebook and teespring campaigns ppc,adsense and some media buys
5. manage affiliate , and cpa marketing
6 also looking for some one to create and maintain email campaign.
7. drive traffic to blogs and other website
the project manager will be responsible for making sure that all task are completed in a timely fashion, hire and fire , keeping track of budget, spreadsheets , payroll and hours and other clerical duties.
