Digital Marketing Assistant

Hello , I run a digital marketing agency and we are looking for a proficient versatile part time assistant with the plan to quickly move to a full time position .

You will require to be efficient in three main areas , not an expert but a have a solid basic understanding and also be open minded and a quick learner ;

1) Communication . Fluent english both spoken and written .

2) Video Editing

3) Copywriting


VIDEO EDITOR JOB DESCRIPTION

Receive the video file ;

1) Edit it for YouTube
2) Add intro and outro
3) Post to YouTube , bespoking tags and using timeline schedule

4) Edit the same video to create an Instagram post (60 sec post)
5) Edit the same video to create a Facebook/LinkedIn post (could be same as YT vid)

6) Edit same video to create Insta and FB highlight video (60 seconds)

7) Edit the same video for Instagram and Facebook stories (15-59 seconds)
2-5 story posts per video

8) Extract image for Quote asset . Add quote to image and create asset .
Three Quote assets per video - these will be posted on Insta, FB, LinkedIn


In addition to be discussed , Thumbnail creation and application



COPYWRITER

Receive the copy and repurpose it for a blog post

Pull out 3 highlight quotes from the copy

Use the same original content and repurpose for a long form Facebook and LinkedIn and Instagram post appropriately adding emojis throughout

Repurpose for a Group post

Repurpose for email with Call to Action to read / watch the whole article
