Work from Home VA Position for a US based Laboratory Service

I am a doctor in the USA with an e-commerce store for laboratory testing and need another VA to join our team here at ---------- .

Responsibilities include:
Managing aspects of the e-commerce platform (Volusion) (processing orders, editing lab tests etc.)
Helps if you know some basic HTML
Answering administrative questions about lab testing (clinical question go to our clinical department).
Making and receiving phone calls.
Being extremely organized. Occasionally there can be a lot of information thrown at you at one time. Making sure things are written down in a way that nothing falls through the cracks and things can be follow up on.
Creation of email newsletters, social media posts, etc.

Access to Ozamiz City during training is helpful but not necessary.

This person is someone who can "GET THE PROJECT DONE", keep me on track, keep other employees on track, is confident in communicating with customers and other employees and making decisions based on our company’s guidelines.

Your verbal and written English needs to be accurate, clear and easily understood by other English speaking people. You must be a proficient typer. Please use ---------- and send a screenshot of your results.

Having a background in nursing is helpful but not required.

You must be willing and able to perform customer service tasks in USA time zones. Standard working hours are 8am-5pm EST.

You must have reliable internet service at all times and an up-to-date smartphone and computer (computer must have at least an i3 processor with at least 4gb of ram). Send a screenshot of your internet speed (speedtest.net)

Do not apply if you are in brown-out areas.

We encourage creativity here. Even though executives have the final say when making decisions, we listen and encourage you to express your ideas on how we can make processes work better and make this service the best is can be. We do not know all the answers so we brainstorm as a team.

Starting pay is $2.25 during the trial period with a move to $3.00/hr once fully hired. Pay increase and bonuses are given based on performance. 2 weeks paid vacation is given after 1 year and 3 months of employment.
