US real estate firm seeks its next team member to join it's growing team!

Weekly training and personal coaching
*Opportunity for Paid trip to US after 1 year*

Weekly tasks will include:
-Summarizing weekly calendars, confirming appointments, sending appointment confirmation emails, thank you emails
-Ensuring all necessary documents are found within files, if not then you will be responsible for adding them prior to appointments. This will include researching comps for properties, adding tax record, adding sample net sheets
-Coordinating closings with title company, requesting documents, adding appointments to our calendars
-Prepping contracts utilizing docusign, managing transactions through Skyslope/Zipforms
-Utilizing mls to create listings, research comparables, download information
-Updating lists using public information, and accounts we utilize to compile new data monthly, and organize the lists in a variety of formats for different uses
-Bookkeeping tasks to include: reviewing bank statements, adding charges to quickbooks, recording recurring transactions, ensuring all property charges are accurate
-Filing documents
