JOB OVERVIEW

Fred Lacasse is a young aspiring entrepreneur actually running a Digital Marketing Agency. With this endeavor he is currently looking to hire a personal assistant that will allow him to significantly grow his business.

Place Of Work: online
Start date: Now
Schedule: 5 hours a week
Salary: 5$/per hour

Responsibilities:
- Prospecting new leads (Cold-Calling, Facebook outreach) and scheduling calls
- Ensure basic communication with current clients and scheduling calls
- Manage onboarding process for new clients
- Prepare reports as needed, drawing data from a variety of sources
- Manage and Maintain calendars
- Make all kinds of appointments & reservations
- Carry through various ad hoc requests
- Perform office tasks such as filing, printing, faxing and copying
- Create PDF templates for training (Copywriting, Facebook campaigns)
- Maintain sustainable relationships with our existing partners
- Manage all web marketing needed

Goals:
- Optimize the daily work life of Fred by saving him time to create more successful projects
- Automate operation and marketing to roll the machine while the entrepreneur is on leave

Qualifications:
- Preliminary similar experience for 5 years.
- Have great capacity for initiative, action and creativity.
- Be organized, autonomous, curious and rigorous.
- Possess strong communication abilities, both editorial, in the display of information, and orally, in English & French.
- Know how to use Wordpress, WooCommerce, Google Business Apps, Mailchimp, Prosperwork, Trello
- Having an experience abroad (study/work)
