Shopify Development - Mobile Optimization

I need a web developer / programmer who has past experience with Shopify themes and mobile optimization.

The goal of this project is to optimize all web pages for mobile UI and ensure that any customer accessing our site from a mobile device automatically gets redirected to the mobile version of the site.

Programming knowledge is required. Must have skill in HTML, CSS, JavaScript. Must have past experience with Shopify and Shopify Themes.
Experience with AMP is a plus.
