I'm looking for an assistant, who knows the basics of internet marketing especially in the make money niche, who'd also like the opportunity of a lifetime to learn Internet Marketing at a high level, to work with me.
This will be a very fast paced roll. The hours will be long.
This role is for someone who is very passionate about marketing in the make money niche, and being a part of a fast paced organisation that is known for it's innovation.
What you will be doing:

Some typical tasks you might do in a day;
==> Add in some emails to our autoresponder follow up sequence.
==> Convert a powerpoint presentation into keynote, and dress up the presentation with a new format.
==> Manage other staff to ensure work is being done accordingly so a good knowledge of project management will be paramount.
==> Take a written sales letter and format it onto some keynote slides, ready to be recorded and turned into a sales video
==> Make a 'how to' video in Camtasia showing our customers how to navigate the backoffice for some new products.
==> Prepare a Microsoft word document with images and pictures so it can be created in a pdf ebook and uploaded to slideshare and some other document sharing sites.
==> Post an article on our blog and ensure the social media team gets the article for sharing to social media
==> and much, much more. No two days will ever be the same.
There could also be tasks completely unrelated to admin – like researching or picking up the phone and calling a customer or processing an order etc.
For this role, you need to be wide open to what kind of tasks I throw your way. There will be fun times… there will be stressful times… but we'll be creating some of the best marketing in our industry and setting the standard.
You'll be working with me directly planning and preparing marketing strategies and implement the strategies.
Here's what I'm looking for from you:

You must be a very organised person: you'll be getting different tasks thrown onto your lap, and you must be able to make sure everything gets completed, prioritise. I would prefer not to have to ask for things twice or three times – the right person for this role will only need to be given a task once, and then will make sure the job gets done.
You need to be available on skype a minimum of 6 days a week, and be flexible with hours. If you're in the USA, this means that you will either need to be willing to work late nights… or early mornings.
Personally, I work long hours, and I need someone by my side for most of that time who can go and implement my ideas, with me supervising.
Required Skills:
================
- You must know internet marketing in and out (especially in the make money niche)
- Basic wordpress skills are necessary
- You must be able to work well as a team. To drive projects along.
- Basic sales copy skills are a plus.
- You need to have a strong eye for attention to detail (this is really important).
- Ability to Multi-task on multiple projects at once.
- Organized and detailed orientated
- Understanding of Google Docs, including documents and spreadsheets
- Excellent writing skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work with and help our team members
You need to be a hard working, self starter, who is coachable, dependable, determined, driven, accountable, tech savvy, and naturally obsessed with details.
Additional Requirements:

1. Intermediate knowledge of internet marketing, tracking, conversions, sales funnels, sales copy, upsells etc.
2. Intermediate knowledge of many of the tools we use… like WordPress, Optimize Press, CRM's, auto responders, project management tools etc.
3. Intermediate knowledge of ad creation, ad placement and ad management (i.e. banners, ppc, solo ads etc).
