Cold calling in Real estate / Appointment setter

I’m looking for someone who want to be well paid for the value they bringing.

I need a sells person.
who knows how to cold calling to very targeted leads and already did it.

What do I mean by “paid for value”?
I dont pay for your time,because i dont need it.
I’m paying for leads you called,
Appointments you settled and deals I closed because of your cold calling.

once you bring me value,I dont care to pay you a LOT!
the written salary is INITIAL SALARY!

If you know how to work with the Podio management system its a huge advantage.
required 3 morning shifts and 2 evening shifts etc time.
