Customer Service Shopify Virtual Assistant

Hi there! We are currently looking for a virtual assistant to help with customer service in our shopify store. We need help specifically with customer service emails, to deal with refunds in the shopify store, and make sure orders are okay and customers are happy. Some other things that we might need help with are fulfilling orders, customer service with social media, and data organization, particularly work with google spreadsheets. Skills required: Great english (speaking and writing, although writing more important). Preferably have worked with shopify stores in the past, and also have worked with all mentioned above and have past experience. This job will be part time for now but we are growing everyday and plan on becoming much bigger in the future.
