Hello, I need an expert in YouTube to start new channels

I am looking for a VA to join my brand new YouTube Channels and help start it and grow it so it gets seen a lot.
The channels are not fully up and running yet so help with the, from the very start will be needed to get them up and running ASAP.
Hours needed will be 20-40 per week, please list your lowest hourly rate.
Looking for a hardworking individual to start and possible lead the team of what I hope will be the start of many new channels, once these are making money I can add to the team and you can lead this division of my YouTube operation and grow and build more channels and we can have people helping run each channel and you overseeing them all.
Well qualified candidates must have prior experience in video editing and of sourcing items from websites like Amazon to place in videos and also know how to look up other videos and cut and edit to make new videos from others, preferably using tools to do this, please list the tools you have used for your work with helping run a YouTube Channel previous knowledge with those tools is also a plus.

Here are the tasks that will need to be completed some on a weekly basis and some as a once off to my Channel


1. Establish a product review channel from a top selling online store
2. Research videos and online reviews on products
3. Editing videos you find and then use parts of them to make main video
4. Get price details on products/video research you find and add to video
5. Uploading videos
6. Setting up Adsense
6. Create and change password
7. Setting up PayPal account and tie it with the channel
8. Linking google adsense to the youtube channel

The above may not be sufficient. If you are an expert, you must know what else I need to know about the channel in order to run professionally. I already have a channel. However, I need help with most of them to run it as a business. You will need to have done this before already.

Requirements and Qualifications
• Must have a lot of experience with YouTube and Editing Videos
• Must speak and write good English.
• Amazing attention to details
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Product Research
• Video editing needed, Photoshop or illustrator is a plus
• Responding to customer service issues via email.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Experience with Google Docs, cloud services, and other technology tool
• Knowledgeable in technology to communicate via computer, smartphone, or text
• Highly organised multi-tasker who works well with fast-paced directions and instructions
• Demonstrates excellent time management
• Able to organise and manage large amounts of files, tasks, schedules, and information
• Self-directed and able to work without supervision
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer-service and presentation skills
• Able to work nights, weekends, extended hours, and holidays as needed
• Motivated and quick learner on the job
• Great at working in a team to help grow the business
