We're hiring a full-time position for a qualified content article copywriter. 

- Process - We will provide a content brief, keywords and research sources for each article. We include keywords and the amount of time they must be included in the article. The average length of each article is 1500 words. Some are as many as 2500 and some as little as 750 words. We also include the seo words to include in the article and comprehensive research in each SEO Brief. This means you will not have to waste time searching for topics and resources. - Tools - We provide a Grammarly account to ensure proper first time editing. Proper source citations are required - but we will show you how we do them so this will not be a problem. Slack - we communicate daily on slack. Google Docs - we provide you the brief in a google doc that you can then write your article at the bottom of that brief. Asana - We are very organized with work. You login to Upgrade to see actual info and you will see your articles for that week to write.

Content Style - Our content has high traffic so the content must include the SEO keywords but also read very well from top to bottom. The topic should be clear and educational at the end of the reading. Every article is sent to another in-house content editor to ensure the resources are correctly cited and the information is quality and true. Zero duplicate content is permitted. Content must be thoughtful and well constructed as our audience reads for entertainment and is highly shared. 

- You can work on normal PH time (in other words, you do not have to work on UK / USA time.

- We require a check-in when you start and when you're done for the day. This ensures we're able to help you with any issues you come across while ensuring you are successful with meeting the daily/weekly goals.

- We believe in quality over quantity. Just because you can write fast doesn't always mean its good. We are looking for someone who enjoys writing as a passion and wants to be paid well for it. Quality always wins as anything that is rushed or incomplete will be sent back for revisions to you.

- You're looking to treat this as a full-time job. We're not looking to hire someone who is juggling multiple commitments. We invest in your training and want to ensure that you have the same level of commitment to our team.

- Holidays - You will have off all of the normal PH holidays. Additionally, the last two weeks of December you will have paid off to spend with your family and friends. We ask that you work hard while you're working but also have the opportunity to enjoy your time off. Other important days like birthdays are paid days off. 

- Communication - We use Slack to communicate internally. This means you will have help quickly and easily! We ask that you install slack on your computer so we can communicate updates/changes/training to you Upgrade to see actual infomunication is an extremely important part of this job. If you are not good at communicating this job is not for you.

- Payment - We pay every Sunday via paypal or payoneer (USD or PHP). This ensures that you have a constant flow of income without disruption. We believe payment is not something that can ever be delayed. You have bills - our commitment to you is that you will not have to worry about ever being paid.
