Facebook Pixel retargeting campaign leader to help with multiple campaigns

Looking for a ---------- person that knows the Facebook and Google Pixel process from start to finish. Everything from establishing the ads accounts to setting up the audiences to determining the page flows and actions. You will be part of understanding the clients goals, determining the right approach and solution and writing up the specifications for the development team to implement the retargeting campaign so you need to be very experienced with the entire process.

You need to have demonstrated experience in doing this so please provide in your response any demonstration of this knowledge. We have a number of different campaigns that we need assistance with and we need a strong leader to guide the clients through the process.
