Toddlers Picture Book

I am looking for the one who can edit pictures and create Toddlers Picture Book.

I want the one that looks FAMILIAR (not copy) so you need to find pictures (I will provide a website for download pictures for you) then edit and combine into the book format. Background color MUST BE the same color of this book (html color, I will give you tool for checking color code, if you want).
