Amazon/Shopify Customer Care personnel

We are looking for someone with Customer Service experience.
Preferably with experience in Amazon or Shopify
Preferably with experience working remotely.
The position is working USA EST time zone.
Must be comfortable answering phone calls.
Must have good Engish both in speaking and writing
Must be a Team player
Must be genuinely inclined to help customers.
