Automation Specialist - Full Time

Summary: Hi my name's Aaron! I run an Agency that manages advertising for businesses on Amazon. We currently need a part time Automations specialist who has skills in building scripts that can automatically scrape and organize data into Excel, google sheets or a database. This role would require that you're agile, able to build automations quickly, provide a simple to use UI, and able to be constantly improving existing automations to make them faster and more ---------- your message when you apply for this role please include the word “attention” so I know you actually read this job description. A lot of the automations built will be used by our virtual assistant who use both a Microsoft and Apple operating system so the automations must be able to be run on both.


Responsibilities:

- Creating automations that scrape & organize data.
- Creating campaign drafting automations
- Creating campaign launching automations
- Creating keyword research automations
- Creating bid management automations
- Prospecting automations
- Fixing broken automations
- Improving existing automations


Must have:

- Great wifi ( a speed test must be taken here: https://www.speedtest.net/ )
- Stable wifi
- Decent computer ( message me the year and type of computer you have with the specs )
- Clear work schedule
- Good English speaking & understanding abilities
- Experience using Selenium ( or a similar alternative )
- EPPlus: Automation for generating excel files and reports ( or a similar alternative )
- CSVHelper:Tool for reading CSV files ( or a similar alternative )
- Programming language skills in:

1. Net (VB & C#) ( or a similar alternative )
2. VB 6.0 ( or a similar alternative )


Must be sufficient in using one of the following databases:

· SQLite ( or a similar alternative )
· MS Access ( or a similar alternative )
· MySQL ( or a similar alternative )


Must be:

- Eager to learn
- Fast learner
- Only working for our company if you're working full time
- Able to work alone
- Able to do routine weekly tasks
- Hard working & willing to work overtime some days if needed
- Able to respond quickly during working hours


Nice to have:

- Experience using Seller central
- Experience using Google Apps Scripts


We expect between 35-45 hours per week for this full time role. Work hours are flexible so long as you complete projects by specified deadlines.
This is a remote role so you have the freedom to work from home.
