NYC Based Marketing Agency In Need of An WEBMASTER/ Web DEVELOPMENT NINJA Who Can HELP US BUILD WORDPRESS WEBSITES & Has GRAPHIC DESIGN SKILLS!

We are a rapidly growing marketing agency that is working with a number of clients on a variety of projects. We need a Webmaster/Developer ninja with Graphic Design Skills to help us with many of our diverse project needs.

Ideal candidate MUST have significant experience in developing websites and be above average with graphic design skills, we are NOT looking for a newbie or an entry-level candidate. We need to see your portfolio of past experience so we can see other high-quality work you have done in the past.

Projects may include (but are not limited to):

1. Developing websites for wordpress , HTML etc
2. Ability to work as our Webmaster and manage our hosting
3. Knowledge of wordpress plugins and ability to help us implement various marketing strategies
4. Ability to learn new programs and plugins and help us execute them
5. knowledge of SEO and how to format websites for good SEO ability
6. updating existing sites and handing backups of sites
7. Ability to design website to be able to load quickly
8. Ability to work with themes and create websites quickly by filling in the detailed instructions provided by clients to "customize" the sites- without requiring coding. (elegant themes and others)
12. ability to design responsive and mobile-friendly websites
13. Creating a variety of graphics as needed... web design, logos, business cards, ads for print, etc.


And any other relevant tasks where the need may arise.

Also... THIS JOB IS FOR SOMEONE WILLING TO WORK ON A SCHEDULE WHERE WE CAN COMMUNICATE DURING THE late afternoon/EVENING US TIME. Please let us know what hours you are comfortable working... so that we can interact and get changes made based on a US schedule as needed to meet deadlines.

You MUST pay attention to detail and check your work to make sure that there are no avoidable mistakes that will force multiple drafts and extend the time needed to complete each project.

You will be required to email and communicate with us
at least twice per day, once at the start of your day and once at the end of the day.

We will be paying a salary every 2 weeks and also will be awarding bonus every month or whenever we feel that your work is excellent and we want to reward you for your efforts.
