Looking to build Survey Comparison and Ratings Site

We are looking to build a review of paid survey websites which will be reviewed by users. In addition to having a listing of survey sites which we consider the top sites in the US.

Site will have login area where people can post comments about their experience, check what other members are saying and check out top sites by ranking.

Registration will need to be simple, put them through a path where we will show them other survey sites they may be interested in joining.

We will then need users to confirm their email from registration and offer them a survey on the page they click from the confirm button.

We will need to have an email newsletter functionality complete with an unsubscribe process on the bottom so users can opt out.
