Service Manager

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for supervising Main Service Center operation
Responsible for Authorized Service Center (ASC) management
Supervised product repair and related after sales service, including home service for customers and ---------- -charge of opening Authorized Service Centers nationwide
Manage and provide support to all Authorized Service Centers.
Prepare and implement nationwide service terms and standard operations procedure, for customer, dealer/distributor, Authorized Service Center and Skyworth Service Section.
Handles the customer service transaction and other related services.
Other task may assign by the Service Manager
JOB QUALIFICATION:

At least a Bachelor’s/College Degree or vocational course in Electronics or equivalent.
At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in the Appliance Industry.
Preferably Supervisor / 2 years & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Service Support or equivalent.
Male or Female
Working experience in after sales service under white lines appliances and same company industry is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills in English written and verbal.
The ability to work with minimal supervision.
Willing to work in Paranaque City. ----------
