QUALIFICATIONS

- At least 3 years of relevant work experience (e-commerce and Amazon)
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent English written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to research, come up with new ideas and execute them smoothly
- Ability to drive results according to company goals
- Eagerness to outperform oneself and constantly innovate
- Strong Social Media Skills
- Experience in Amazon business
- A home office with a strong and reliable internet connection
- Above average Microsoft Excel Skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Execute strategies to gather reviews and maintain 4.4 star rating for all products
- Provide excellent customer by responding to all reviews, messages, emails, and chat bot inquiries
- Analyze all customer reviews and inquiries to identify opportunities to improve our product and listings
