Web & Graphics Designer with strong WordPress Skills

Looking for a graphic design wizard who can also implement the designs into HTML5/CSS3 for WordPress sites.

Hard skills:
- Graphic designs
- PSD creation & slicing
- Adobe Photoshop
- Image compression/optimization
- Overall coding ability: HTML5, CSS3, PHP, jQuery, etc
- Strong knowledge of HTML/CSS
- Responsive Theme development

Other desirable skills/experience that are a definite plus:
- WordPress Multi-site
- WordPress Custom Post Types
- Website Optimization (particularly as it relates to WordPress)
- Familiar with WordPress Plugins, Digital Access Pass (DAP), Group Buying Site (GBS), WPMU MarketPress
- Modification of websites
- Updating Plugins and fixing when broken

Soft skills:
- Must speak, read and write English
- Must be able to communicate/report through e-mail and Skype (must respond quickly)
- Attention to detail (Pixel-perfect work expected)
- Must be someone who is reliable and solves problems quickly.

This is a very large eCommerce/membership website that integrates affiliate marketing. Network Sites will be built up and added rapidly. Requires design abilities, installation abilities, optimization and coding/customization of theme for specific look desired.

We are looking for a full-time freelancer, not a college student or someone who has another full-time job. We require someone who is driven, looking for long term work and most of all takes great pride in what they do.

Examples of current project needs: Logos, on-page graphic elements (buttons, banners, headers, unique characters, etc). Wireframes of each page template will be provided. PSD designs required before coding begins. All graphics need to be provided in raw format as well as in a format best optimized for the web.
