Writer

We are looking for someone who has attention to detail, is self motivated, and can accomplish the assigned tasks in a timely manner.

All of our writing will be done in Google docs through shared folders that we will give you access to. This is the easiest way to share work back and forth between us.

Here are some of the tasks that will be required along with an example of each task. Each client/podcast will have its own style which you can see through previous work done. We will also let you know about each clients style.

Episode description & title:
Listen to the episode and write a paragraph telling what it was about. Limited to 500 characters or less.

Show notes:
Listen to episode and write a VERY DETAILED description of what the episode was about. Typically 5 key topics with a paragraph underneath each topic.

Blog post:
Written in 1st person paraphrasing the podcast episode, ghost writing is needed. These are typically 4 paragraphs or longer.

Podcast description:
This is done when new podcast starts. The podcast description is a description of what the entire podcast is going to be about. This is limited to 600 characters of less.

There will be some random editing and proofreading of miscellaneous projects.

This job will be part time starting out around 20 hours/week. As we gain new clients your hours will increase. As we increase in clients we would like to have you tell us when you have enough hours. We don’t want to overwhelm you. If you are comfortable at 20 hours/week, that is ok too.

Experience in graphic design (photoshop, ---------- etc) and social media marketing is a plus but not required.

We need someone who can start right away. The following link includes examples of each task that will be required. We would love to see a sample of what you can produce.
