General VA - Web Research, Photoshop Design, Wordpress, Podcast Audio Editing etc

I'm looking to hire a VA that can organize their time between blog post writing based on podcast audio, creating images/designs for posts, and other administrative tasks such as researching bloggers and other contributors. Bonus if you are advanced in Wordpress for uploading images, drop down menus, etc.

Topics of my business are natural wellness, nutrition, and self-development.

For us to work well together, you must have be entrepreneurial, cheery, responsible, and organized. I don’t micromanage and would appreciate you feeling comfortable working on your own and with initiative.

You have an understanding of the importance of a natural lifestyle and strong mentality.

My audience is primarily women between the ages of 25 - 44. These women, mainly latin women, are health conscious who are looking to improve their lifestyle by using more natural alternatives and a more positive way of thinking - so that it best supports their goals and, if applicable, that of their young family.

Qualifications:
Competent with photoshop and illustrator
Great communication skills in English
Experience with Google Docs
Editing and writing articles on nutrition, whole living, natural alternatives, mindset empowerment
Attention to detail since you will be creating written introductions about podcast episodes
Online research and identifying potential interviewees for podcast and magazine
1-2 years experience in a similar role
Embraces natural, holistic living - if you live it, you know how great it is!
Design knowledge to make changes, add text and edit images to share (for example: this and this) and header for blog posts
Experience with Wordpress to maintain the technical side of things is an asset (for example: updating the shop section with new images and links, drop down menus, etc.)

Responsibilities:
Design shareable images for podcast and blog posts
Research potential interviewees and contributors for podcast and magazine
Write short blog posts about podcast episodes
Create designs for product launches and other projects
Daily check-in before work to see where we’re at on projects + end-of-day email recap of status
Research articles and top trends for infographics, designs, and blog posts
Wordpress maintenance an asset
Other tasks as requested

Pay:
Pay schedule would be weekly to start (first 3 months) - I hope we work well together and I hire you on as a full-time. Then we can discuss how you prefer to be paid, weekly or monthly, and increase in pay rate.
Hours are part-time: 20 hours per week. Pay rate to start is between $1.50 - $2.00 an hour.
