Job Responsibilities
- Participate in the planning and costing of menus.
Prepare new dishes, products and seasonal recipes on a regular basis.
- Ensure that outstanding culinary technical skills are maintained in the kitchen team.
- Assist with organizing special events and seasonal food promotions.
- Supervise and provide appropriate training to assigned ---------- plete other tasks and jobs assigned by superiors.

Skills Requirements and Working Experience
- Good communication skills in Chinese.
- Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.
- Good leadership qualities.
- 8-year experience as a chef, with at least 2 years in supervisory capacity or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Education Requirements
- Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Culinary Skills or related field is an advantage.
